1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and RSIN LABS (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the FaultOrbit application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using FaultOrbit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of the Service

FaultOrbit provides mobile app analytics and monitoring software that sits on top of third-party platforms to correlate App Store and Google Play reviews with crash telemetry. Key features include:

• Review Aggregation: Ingesting customer reviews from Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Developer Console.
• Crash Telemetry: Pulling crash issue frequency and user impact metrics from Firebase Crashlytics.
• AI Classification: Automated sentiment tagging (positive, neutral, negative) and topic categorization.
• Version Comparison: Historical delta tracking between app releases.
• Automated Alerts: Real-time email notifications upon critical threshold breaches.

Note: FaultOrbit operates as a zero-SDK layer using standard developer APIs and does not inject code into your mobile binaries.

3. Account Credentials & API Integrations

To access review and crash data, you may provide service account keys, API keys (such as Apple App Store Connect .p8 keys or Google Play service account JSON files), or OAuth tokens. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the required authorization, permissions, and roles from Apple, Google, or Firebase to connect said accounts.
• Your use of third-party credentials complies with all respective terms and developer program agreements from Apple and Google.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FaultOrbit account credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

FaultOrbit offers both free and paid subscription plans (“Free”, “Starter”, “Pro”, and “Agency”).

• Pricing & Currency: All prices are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed via Stripe or our designated payment processor. You agree to provide valid, current payment information.
• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly cycle until cancelled by you through your account billing portal.
• Refunds: Unless required by law or specified otherwise in writing, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

5. Intellectual Property & Customer Data

Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the proprietary app data, review contents, and crash telemetry imported into FaultOrbit. You grant FaultOrbit a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Company IP: The FaultOrbit platform, algorithms, visual design, logos, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of RSIN LABS and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Circumvent platform plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Connect apps or store accounts for which you do not possess legal authorization.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FAULTORBIT DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS OR THAT THIRD-PARTY APIS (APPLE, GOOGLE, FIREBASE) WILL ALWAYS BE REACHABLE OR UNCHANGED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RSIN LABS OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable advance notice prior to any new terms taking effect via our website or email. Continued use of FaultOrbit following changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
